What's New:
Now, you can set personalized warning messages for expirations, aligning perfectly with your organization’s terminology and policies. If no custom text is set, the system will use the default warning, providing consistency for those who prefer the standard setup.

Track Actual and Planned Flight Times
What's New:
BRIGHT users can now access both actual and planned flight times on the booking dataset, enabling more accurate and comprehensive reporting for each booking. This improvement ensures that detailed time data for both passenger and positioning legs is captured and readily available, giving you a clearer and more complete overview of your bookings.
Details:
- Enhanced reporting capabilities now include new data fields for actual and planned flight times in the booking database.
- Added fields per booking identifier include:
- Passenger (Pax) and Positioning (Pos) Time
- Flight and Block Time
- For each of these time metrics, planned and actual values are now available, providing greater insight into operational timelines and facilitating precise analysis.
Analyze Crew Schedules and Assignments

- The following flight record fields have been added to the crew dataset:
- Flight Number
- On-Block and Off-Block Times (both actual and estimated)
- Block and Flight Times (both actual and estimated)
- Additionally, the dataset now features calculated fields that merge crew duty start and end times with flight schedules, allowing for reports that accurately reflect comprehensive activity time frames.
These enhancements allow you to create detailed, flexible reports that meet both operational and compliance needs, ensuring all roster data is accurately tracked and easily analyzed.
