1. Tax Updates: France and Germany

What's new:
We've implemented the following updated tax rates, ensuring accurate tax calculations for all flight bookings.

France:

Aeronautical Taxes (TAC) and Security Tariffs (TA) effective April 1, 2024.

Germany:

German Aviation Tax Act (Luftverkehrssteuergesetz - LuftVStG) and Aviation Security Fee (LuftSiG) effective May 1, 2024.

You will find the new rates in the "Pax Tax" price block on the Sales page, automatically applied when creating or editing bookings or quotes.

2. Improved Tracking with Avinode Booking Reference Upload

What's new:

For Avinode integration users, the Booking reference for every event in the FL3XX Timeline will now be uploaded to the Avinode schedule. This enables quick identification of corresponding flights between both platforms. Additionally, you can choose to submit details regarding Ground Services arranged for the flight.

To activate, just head to Settings → Avinode and activate the desired service toggles in the "Upload Services to Avinode" section.

3. Avinode Updates Now Visible in FL3XX Sales

What's new:

With the FL3XX Avinode integration, any booking acceptances or declines made directly within Avinode are now instantly reflected in the FL3XX Sales module, eliminating the need for manual updates.

To activate the feature navigate to Settings → Avinode. Activate the 'Update FL3XX Sales with Avinode Updates' checkbox and ensure the webhook is connected.
