1. Game-Changing Flexibility With Jet Card Payments

What's New:

Now, you can use Jet Cards for booking flights, transforming how you handle payments and invoices.

After a simple setup process, the Jet Card feature can be accessed within the Account Statement and Jet Cards section. You can use it to automate payments and refine invoicing across all bookings and their corresponding customers.

2. Boost Transparency with the New SoA Feature

What's New:

The new Statement of Account (SoA) feature provides a clear overview of open balances for specific bookings or entire accounts, and allows you to send detailed emails to your clients regarding pending payments or open balances. This improves communication and transparency in financial transactions, ensuring clients are well-informed of their obligations.

Depending on your user permission level, you can access the new SoA feature from two locations within FL3XX:

  1. Booking Level: It is available in the Invoices/Payments section of the Sales page for each booking.

     

  2. Accounting Level: It is integrated into the Account Statement panel on the Account page.

3. 6-Month Operator Proficiency Check Tracking

What's New:

A new feature for tracking 6-month Operator Proficiency Checks (OPCs) has been implemented to comply with Part 121 regulations.

Located in the Qualifications Tree under the 'Type' dropdown, the "OPC (TTO)" option ensures accurate expiration date calculations based on factors such as OPC Completion Day (Issue Date), completion of a new OPC, standard validity, and previous OPC validity.

One example of the auto-calculation of expiration dates for OPC qualifications. Based on a normal 8 month validity, If renewed before the current qualification expires, the new expiration is the earliest of either one year after the previous expiration or eight months from the renewal date.

This enhancement improves pilot qualification management and operational safety by ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and is available to all users with a FL3XX subscription. For more information on this feature, click here.

4. Enhanced Passenger Import Functionality

What's New:

The passenger import functionality has been upgraded to include two new columns: State of Birth and Country of Birth. Located in the Pax subsection on the Flight Strip, this enhancement ensures detailed passenger information required for the USA Manifest file is captured, improving compliance and data accuracy.

5. Fresh Look and New Color Code Legend in Licenses Module

What's New:

Our Licenses module has received a fresh new look with an updated user interface to give you a clear overview.

New licenses

Additionally, we've added a handy new color code legend along with tooltips that appear on hover to help you quickly understand the status and details of your licenses.

6. Updated Terminology and Interface

What's New:

For consistency, the term "Customer" has been changed to "Person" across the entire platform. Additionally, based on user feedback, the "open airport page" icon has been removed from the Sales itinerary to improve usability and streamline the interface.
