1. Streamlane and PnrGo: Now EES Ready!

What's New:

As part of the upcoming EES (Entry/Exit System) regulations, governed by EU-LISA, FL3XX has been working closely with with both Streamlane and PnrGo, to develop new features to handle the EES process effortlessly.

For those with PnrGo or Streamlane subscriptions, this mandatory EU regulation for all operators entering the Schengen Area is now integrated into your existing workflow, enabling automated data submission and compliance without requiring any manual intervention.

Key Points:

• PnrGo: Once activated, your passenger details will be automatically transferred to PnrGo for verification. The EES process will run in the background as part of your regular operations and the results will be shown in FL3XX.
• Streamlane: Once integrated, you can push your passenger details to Streamlane with a single click. Streamlane will verify your passengers in the background and the results will be shown in FL3XX.
• Compliance ensured: Both integrations ensure you remain compliant with the regulations when they are enforced.

If you have not yet activated either Streamlane or PnrGo, it’s essential to do so to benefit from the full automation and compliance these integrations provide.

2. Tuvoli: Greater Control Over Quotes and Payments

What's New:

The Tuvoli Digital Checkout, now offers you more flexibility to optimize your quoting and payment processes.

With our latest updates, you can now:

1. Add Cc and Bcc recipients to Tuvoli emails for better communication

2. Edit the subject line of your messages

3. Use and customize the default quote text

4. Choose from Tuvoli’s various payment experience options

5. Set your default payment experience directly in the settings

These updates are designed to give you greater control and customization over your Tuvoli integration, customer communication and payment processes.

3.  InfoWERK & FLYCO : 2 New Integrations For Effortless Staff Training Management

What's New:

FL3XX now offers seamless staff training management through our integrations with both InfoWERK and FLYCO, designed to keep your staff qualifications up to date with minimal effort.

These integrations automatically sync completed training data, ensuring your records are always current and compliant with aviation regulations.

Both integrations offer the following key features:

• Automatic Syncing: Training data is synced daily to update staff qualifications with the latest Issue and Expiry dates.
• Qualification Updates: Staff qualification records are automatically refreshed, ensuring compliance for both recurrent and initial training.
• Certificate Management: Upon completion of training, certificates are downloaded and stored in FL3XX, attached directly to staff qualification records.

Eliminate manual record-keeping, and ensure your qualification records are always current and compliant with aviation regulations.

4. Mobile App Updates: iOS & Android Crew/Dispatch

What's New: 

We've introduced key updates to both our iOS and Android apps. The iOS Crew App features a UI refresh across numerous tabs, while the Android Crew and Dispatch apps benefit from faster, more reliable notifications, improved passenger document viewing, and enhanced ATC messaging.

Additionally, 'Fit for Duty' and 'Maintenance Release' checks can now be completed directly in the Dispatch App on mobile.
