New button to reply to all recipients of sent emails.
What to look out for:
Open a sent email and select “Reply All” to send a new message to the original sender and all recipients included in the ‘To’ and ‘CC’ fields. This functionality works both in Sales and Dispatch conversations.
2. Updates on Multiquote Dialog

What to look out for:
In this update, we are sorting all options in Multi Quote based on the price. Additionally, you can drag and drop the options to send them to your customers in your desired order.
3. Aircraft Registration in Roster

You will see the full registration of the aircraft when an aircraft is associated with a roster event.
4. Crew Timeline Enhancements

Fix an aircraft to the top of the Timeline and collapse pilot buckets.
What to look out for:
We added helpful tools to the Timeline to make easier aircraft and crew changes:
- You can use the button or aircraft filter to pin your aircraft to the top of the timeline. With your aircraft fixed in place, you will have full scrolling capabilities to find another aircraft and assign it by simply dragging it one line down. Dummy Aircraft users can thereby assign the operating aircraft much easier now.
- Operators using pilot buckets on the Timeline > Crew, can now collapse the buckets to have a better overview of available crew.
5. New Integration: DocuSign

Send contracts via DocuSign
What to look out for:
We are happy to announce that we have integrated DocuSign, the leading electronic signature platform.
With this integration you don’t need to leave FL3XX to copy/paste your booking information into a separate email.
When sending your contracts you will see an eSign button in the body of the email.The eSign button links to the contract in DocuSign, with all the data populated.
Your customer can choose whether to click the eSign button and open the contract in DocuSign, or open the contract attached to the email and manually sign the pdf.
