1. Enhanced Shared Report Management
What's new:
Within the Shared Reports section, you can now easily identify the creator [1] of a shared report. Additionally, we've implemented the option to delete shared reports [2], providing you with elevated control and flexibility that extends beyond the report owner. This update is designed to enhance your workflow and foster improved collaboration.

2. Improved Aircraft Record Updates
What's new:
Now when a crew member adds a HIL/MEL item through the Crew app, a HIL/MEL form is automatically created in the aircraft record. This form, complete with the description and any attached pictures, scans, or documents, becomes instantly accessible on the web app. Upon submission of a new item, maintenance contacts are immediately notified, ensuring efficient processing and response.
This feature is included within your FL3XX subscription. Admin users can activate the feature in "Settings" by activating the "Pilot can initiate HIL/MEL item" setting.

3. Draggable Pop-Ups for Enhanced Visibility
What's new:
All pop-ups in the timeline are now draggable, allowing you to conveniently view underlying flights. This improvement applies to the following pop-ups:
- 'Add Flight/Task' pop-up, activated by clicking on an empty space in the timeline.
- 'Schedule Disconnects' pop-up, displayed when clicking the red airport identifier label.
- 'Consecutive Positioning Flights' alert, shown after clicking the yellow airport label.
- 'Flights Overlap' information, accessible by clicking the 'Overlap' label in the Timeline Crew view.

4. Comprehensive Report Enhancements
What's new:
The data and functionality across various reports within our platform has been significantly improved. These enhancements are designed to provide richer insights and greater flexibility in both the web app, and exported PDF and CSV files.
Updated Reports with New Data Columns:
- Expiring IDs Report: Added 'Nationality'.
- Empty Legs Report: Included 'Arrival Time'.
- Bookings Report: Now features 'Account Country'.
- France Tax Report: New 'Aircraft MTOW' column.
- UK Tax Report: Expanded with 'Departure Time', 'Arrival Time', 'Block Time', and 'Aircraft Type'.
- Aircraft Stats Report: Added 'Cycles/Landings'.
- Airport Stats Report: New 'FBO' column for origin and destination airports.
Exclusive Enhancements for the Airport Stats PDF/CSV Export:
- New 'FBO' column for origin and destination airports.
- Addition of airport 'IATA code', 'City', and 'Country' columns.
Bookings Report Specific Enhancements:
- We have added a new dropdown list containing options for filtering bookings by their status: Booked, Confirmed, Invoiced, Flown, and Closed.
- The 'Status' field within the report has also been updated to reflect the various booking stages.

5. Advanced Warnings: Crew Schedule Overlaps
What's new:
Manage your overlapping crew schedules efficiently with the following updates:
- Our new validation check logic now identifies instances where crew members are scheduled for multiple flights with conflicting times. This update visually flags such overlaps, ensuring better oversight and scheduling accuracy.
- The familiar calendar icon warning is now displayed for schedule overlaps in both the Crew and the Dispatch section. Clicking on this icon in Dispatch provides further information on the conflicting flights or duties.

6. FL3XX API Expansion: New Endpoints for Optimized Dispatch and Migration Processes
What's new:
We've enhanced the functionality of the FL3XX API by exposing the Migration section of the Dispatch module, focusing specifically on the flight's Emigration and Immigration details.
This development opens up additional opportunities for integration with external applications and services, offering you more options for processing and automation around APIS, PNRGOV, and similar functionalities. Key features include:
Migration Endpoints:
GET /api/external/flight/{flightId}/migration
PUT /api/external/flight/{flightId}/migration
How This Benefits You:
Collectively, these endpoints allow an API consumer to retrieve and update flight Emigration and Immigration details, including:
- Status: Keep track of migration status (e.g. OK, REQ, DO).
- Assigned Entity ("by"): Identify the party responsible for handling this aspect of the flight.
- Notes: Store and retrieve text in the Notes field.
- Documents: Manage the set of associated documents.

FL3XX BRIGHT - Business Intelligence Tool
7. New Data Fields in FL3XX BRIGHT
What's new:
Hot on the heels of our recent FL3XX BRIGHT updates, we're rolling out yet another set of enhancements to advance your business intelligence:
- To help you identify and visualize AOC data, we’ve added a new "AOC" field to the Booking, Flight, Maintenance and Crew reports. This update is highly useful if you are managing aircraft and flights across different AOCs.
- To cater to our diverse range of operators, we’ve also integrated local time fields across various datasets. This includes actual and estimated times for key events in our Flight, Services, and Crew datasets. It’s a game changer for those not operating on UTC.
