1. Decline or Drop Multiple Options in One Email

What's new:

When two or more options exist on one quote, you can use the check boxes in the "Selected quotes" section to determine which options you wish to decline or drop. The response can be sent both by email, and via Avinode for those with an Avinode subscription.

2. Take a Snapshot: Track Your Flight Releases

What's new:

In the Flight Release panel in the Dispatch module, we have added a new feature for record keeping of the flight release.

Each time a flight is released, the system generates a snapshot, labelled as version 1, version 2 etc. This serves the purpose of accountability.


Each snapshot shows the exact crew qualification, flight and duty time calculation, maintenance and HIL/MEL status of the flight at the point of the original, and later releases.

3. Fit For Duty: Enhanced Release Process

What's new:

We've upgraded the release process capabilities by introducing the Crew Fit for Duty feature. In settings now you can choose whether you want the report only from the cockpit crew, or from the cabin crew as well.

If the pilot option is selected, the flight cannot be released until the PIC, SIC, Augmented Crew and the Crew Relief Pilot reported themselves fit for duty. Additionally, a new toggle has been added to the mobile app, allowing pilots to easily declare their fitness for duty.

4. Master Your Workflow With Keyboard Shortcuts

 

What's new:

A new shortcut system has been implemented allowing you to quickly access various functionalities within the app through keyboard shortcuts.

The shortcuts can be accessed anywhere in the app via a popup, however are automatically disabled when typing in text fields to avoid any unintended inputs.

To access the shortcuts popup, press Cmd + "/" from anywhere within the application, or access them from your User Name dropdown menu.

 

Quickly navigate and execute actions with these easy keystrokes:

1. Saving Changes: Press Tab + "S" to save any unsaved changes instantly.

2. Add Flights to Selection: Use Cmd + Click on a flight to add it to your current selection.

3. Select Multiple Flights: Press Shift + Click to select one or more flight legs at a time.

5. Upload Documents From FL3XX to ForeFlight

What's new:

You can now choose numerous documents to upload to ForeFlight for inclusion in your crew briefing:

Simply determine the documents you wish to send and click the "Upload documents to ForeFlight" button in Dispatch -> Crew panel -> Briefing.
