Different Time calculations in Movement Email

In the Movement emails, we are using different time calculations in the IATA MVT message and in the text part. Here is why:

Official IATA MVT messages are using estimated landing times without the blocks on, while FL3XX is adding the estimated taxi time at the arrival airport to that value and that is what is shown in the text part of the email.
