- Getting Started
Setup and Access
BRIGHT is easily activated with our support team guiding you through every step of the process.
Initial Setup:
New Customers:
- Contact our Support Team to express your interest in FL3XX BRIGHT.
Customers with an Existing BRIGHT Subscription:
- Complete the FL3XX BRIGHT Activation Form to provide the necessary details for activation or Users and their assigned Roles.
- Once the form is received, our support team will handle your AWS activation, enabling access to Amazon QuickSight.
- After the AWS setup is complete, we will activate BRIGHT within your FL3XX instance.
Including Additional Users:
After setup, If you wish to include additional Editor or Reader users, the designated BRIGHT Point of Contact (or IAM user) can request access for them to BRIGHT. The POC simply needs to send an email to our Support Team with the FL3XX username and, if available, the user ID.
Accessing BRIGHT:
After activation, you can find BRIGHT nestled under the Reports module in FL3XX and can start leveraging the powerful features of FL3XX BRIGHT for your data analysis needs.
