1. New Roster Sandbox Mode now available!
What's New:
This powerful new feature lets you create, test, and refine scheduling scenarios without affecting live data. Modify roster duties, compare different setups, and track changes in real-time. Save multiple versions, collaborate efficiently, and seamlessly merge your preferred scenario into the active roster when ready.

2. New Task Management Feature: Create Custom Tasks & Add Them to the Flight Strip!
What's New:
You can now create and manage custom tasks with the new task management feature in Dispatch Settings and directly from the Flight Strip, making it easier to track critical flight actions.
You can create three types of tasks:
- Default Tasks – Mandatory tasks that apply to all flights.
- Template Tasks – Recurring tasks for specific scenarios (e.g., international flights, special ops).
- Ad-hoc Tasks – One-time tasks added directly to individual flights.
Default and Template tasks are created in the Flight Setup Defaults panel in Settings.

Once created, Default tasks are automatically added to the Flight Strip, while Template tasks remain available in the "Add Task" dropdown in the Dispatch Tasks Panel.

Ad-hoc Tasks can be added directly to the Flight Strip using the "Add New Task" Button.

All tasks can be categorized by aircraft, crew, airport, etc and update automatically as you complete them, improving task visibility, reducing missed actions, and enhancing dispatch workflows.

3. Rapid Bulk Passenger Upload
What's New:
Passenger imports are now faster and more efficient with the latest updates to the Bulk Upload feature:
- You can now import passengers using just their First and Last Name.
- A new Auto-Delete option helps keep your system clean by automatically removing newly imported passengers after the flight is completed and PostFlight is set to OK.
The bulk import feature is available by default. To enable Auto-Delete, go to Settings → General → Configuration → Dispatch and activate the "New Pax Import Auto-Delete" toggle.

4. French Solidarity Tax Update
What's New:
Since February 28, FL3XX has been fully prepared for France’s Solidarity Tax (TS) changes, effective March 1, 2025—ensuring your operations continue without disruption.
The new tax bands and rates are automatically applied, and distance-based calculations ensure accurate classification depending on aircraft category. No action is needed—FL3XX has you covered.

5. VOCUS FlightRisk Integration Now in Dispatch
What's New:
The VOCUS FlightRisk Assessment integration now features two-way sync, displaying all warnings directly in FL3XX Dispatch. Get real-time risk data without switching systems, keeping your workflow uninterrupted.
