PnrGo Integration
This integration enables fully automated two-way data transfers to make air operators compliant with PNR, API, PNL, TSA Secure Flight, Canadian PPP, UK ETA (GAR), eu-LISA (EES and ETIAS) and international sanctions
Interactive API and Travel Authorisation Programs
PNL Service For Charter Operators

About
PnrGo is a one-stop software solution that automates the compliance process for:
- API (including interactive API)
- PNR
- Various travel authorization programs (including TSA Secure Flight, Canadian PPP, UK ETA/GAR, or EES and ETIAS)
- International sanctions screening
- PNL (charter operators)
This integration helps FL3XX users to handle complex regulatory requirements for international flights and eliminate time-consuming manual data processing. The users simply need to enter all the flight, crew and pax data in FL3XX - and the rest is managed in the background by the PnrGo system.
How It Works
API and PNR transfers
API and PNR requirements tend to vary from country to country – especially in terms of the prescribed time-slots, number of submissions, and sometimes even the required data scope.
How the integration handles this:
- PnrGo checks your flights in FL3XX to determine which ones are subject to mandatory API and PNR data transfers.
- The flight schedules are monitored to ensure the correct timing for any submissions in accordance with the applicable local regulations.
- The required flight, pax, and crew data is automatically pulled from your FL3XX account, and processed in the background, without disrupting your workflow.
The general status of standard API and PNR submissions is displayed in FL3XX under the Migration tab. Below the color-coded status bar, there is a brief status update history pulled from PnrGo, with time-stamps.
- If an issue that requires an action from the user is encountered (e.g. missing passenger data in FL3XX), an email notification is sent, with detailed instructions to follow.
- In case of flight updates (e.g. delays) or changes concerning crew/pax data, the system also handles any required resubmissions.
- Cancelled flights result in an automated cancellation message being sent to the authorities if your data has already been submitted.
Countries supported by PnrGo for API and PNR data transfers
PnrGo is connected to over 60 countries in Europe, North America, Caribbean (CARICOM member states), Middle East and Africa.

Interactive API and travel authorisation programs
Many countries introduce interactive API transfers and travel permission programs, e.g. TSA Secure Flight in the USA, PPP in Canada, ETA/GAR in the UK, or EES/ETIAS* in the EU. This obliges carriers to submit passenger data for vetting, and then act according to the returned PAX status from the local authorities (e.g. deny boarding or perform additional checks).
* The exact launch dates for EES and ETIAS are yet to be confirmed. These programs will apply to single and double-entry visa and visa-exempt travellers. PnrGo has already obtained the eu-LISA certification to provide data transfer services. Thanks to the two-way integration, PnrGo will be able to pass the eu-LISA status responses directly to FL3XX.
How the integration handles this:
- PnrGo manages interactive transfers, from the automated data submissions to delivering all the pax statuses issued by the authorities back to FL3XX.
- PAX status is displayed under the Pax Cargo tab, using a clear traffic light system (red, yellow, green). Hover your mouse over the coloured button to see a tooltip with the general status info.
- Additionally, email notifications (with a more detailed status explanation) are sent by the PnrGo system to ensure that FL3XX users won’t miss any important information.
Sanctions screening
Sanctions screening has become a vital compliance step in the aviation industry. It prevents legal penalties by ensuring that air carriers reject payments from sanctioned entities, avoid transporting banned passengers, and refrain from operating sanctioned aircraft.
How the integration handles this:
- PnrGo has built a sanctions screening tool that checks passengers, entities, and aircraft against all major sanctions lists (USA, UN, UK, EU, SECO, Canadian, French, Australian, Ukrainian, UAE, Interpol).
- Automated checks can be performed for all your flights and there is no need to switch between the systems. The colour-coded status is shown in FL3XX, with match percentage displayed upon hovering. The colours for match thresholds are customizable (this means that you can choose what match percentage should be highlighted in red, yellow, or green). Additionally, PnrGo notifications and updates are emailed to users as soon as any matches are found for the crew, passengers, or aircraft.
- Manual checks are possible after logging into your PnrGo account (created during the onboarding process). This functionality is useful for sales teams to easily vet any new or potential clients.
- The sanction screening service does not involve any data transfer outside of FL3XX and PnrGo systems - instead, it uses a safe, up-to-date, consolidated sanctions database for both manual and automated checks.
PNL service for charter operators
Air carriers may be required to send PNL/ADL data to ground handlers to ensure smooth and efficient operation in the terminal building. For charter operators, the process of passenger data collection, sanitization, and distribution is often complex and time-consuming.
How the integration handles this:
- PnrGo extracts the flight schedule and crew data from FL3XX, and gathers the required passenger data both from FL3XX and any additional online reservation systems or travel agencies collaborating with the carrier.
- The system merges the multi-source data to deliver a correctly formatted message in a secure way to the selected DCSs at the prescribed time.
Activation

Configuration
Once your subscription has been activated, the integration between PnrGo and FL3XX will be configured and activated by both teams. No action is required from your side within FL3XX — all necessary settings will be managed by FL3XX and PnrGo during the setup process.
