Logging In To FL3XX

This article describes how to log in to the correct version of FL3XX depending on where your operations are based.

Web Application

North America

For all users with instances based in the United States, Canada, or Mexico, please use app.fl3xx.us/#/login when logging in. 

International 

For all users with instances based in Europe, Asia, Australia, Africa, or South America, please use app.fl3xx.com/#/login when logging in.

Mobile Applications

North America

When logging in to any of our mobile applications, users with instances based in Canada, Mexico, and the United States, should enter their credentials when they see 'US'.

International

When logging in to any of our mobile applications, users with instances based in Africa, Asia, Australia, Europe, and South America should enter their credentials when they see a globe icon 🌐.

Troubleshooting: If you're trying to change between the North American and International login, please follow these steps:

1. Tap on the 'US' or '🌐' icon
2. Select either 'United States' for North American users or 'International' for International users. 
3. Enter your credentials 
4. Click on 'Sign in'

Single Sign-On (SSO)

You can access FL3XX using your Google or Microsoft credentials on our web and mobile applications.* Prior to using single sign-on, please ensure that you are attempting to log in to the correct version of FL3XX as mentioned above in this article. if you need more details, please visit our article: Single Sign-On(SSO).
