Automatic Updates

To ensure you’re always using the latest version, check for updates in your app store or enable automatic updates. The latest versions ensure you have access to the most reliable, secure, and feature-rich experience.

    • For iOS: Open the App Store → Tap the My Account button or your photo at the top of the screen → Scroll down to see pending updates and release notes. Tap Update next to the FL3XX Apps to update, or tap Update All.
    • For Android: Open the Google Play Store app Google Play → At the top right, tap the profile icon → Tap Manage apps & device → Under “Updates available,” tap See details → Next to the FL3XX app, tap Update. To update all your apps at the same time, tap Update all.

 

Rollout Release Process

To ensure the best user experience, FL3XX follows a progressive rollout process when releasing new mobile app versions. This means updates are gradually rolled out to an increasing percentage of users over approximately 7 days.

  • Why we do this:
    This process helps identify and contain potential issues early, minimizing disruption for all users.

  • For iOS users:
    You can search for the app in the App Store and manually update to override the rollout if the new version isn’t yet available for you.

  • For Android users:
    Updates are managed more strictly by the Google Play Store, and users may need to wait for their turn in the progressive rollout.

We recommend checking for updates regularly on the App Store or Google Play Store. 

 

Troubleshooting

If you’re unable to download or update an app, please ensure you have a stable internet connection and sufficient storage space. For additional help, contact FL3XX Support.
