FL3XX can automate your aircraft movements (off-block, takeoff, landing, on-block) in Dispatch by receiving, reading, and instant processing the emails sent by ARINC triggered by ACARS messages.
How It Works

Email Alias Creation: FL3XX creates a dedicated email alias specifically for your account.

Email Forwarding: You add this alias as a CC to the OOOI emails you receive from ARINC. This ensures FL3XX also gets the same messages.

Message Reading and Processing: Once FL3XX receives the emails, the system reads the OOOI data from the ARINC messages.

Automatic Aircraft Movement Updates: FL3XX instantly processes the information and updates your aircraft movements in the system, ensuring real-time accuracy without manual input.
Activation
Contact FL3XX Sales to activate this integration.
Configuration
- Go to FL3XX → Settings → Integrations → ARINC and locate the ARINC Movement Message Alias.
- In ARINC, navigate to My Company and find the field for OOOI messages (there will be two fields: Off Block/On Block and Take Off/Landing).
- Add the email alias to both fields as a CC.
- If you still struggle to find the correct field for OOOI messages, please contact ACARS customer service as we do not have access to your ACARS (ARINC) account at FL3XX.
