      How to Delete a Google Account Created via FL3XX SSO on Android Crew & Dispatch Apps. Removing Your Google Account.

      1. Overview

      If you inadvertently created a Google account using our SSO integration with Google services, and you no longer want to use that Google account for the FL3XX Crew app or the FL3XX Dispatch app, you can request its deletion. Follow the steps below to remove your Google account.

      Important:

      • If your FL3XX Crew account is linked to your Google Account or another third-party login, deleting your Google Account will not automatically delete your FL3XX Crew account.
      • Please contact your administrator if you wish to delete your entire FL3XX account.
      • To permanently delete your Google Account (including all Google services), see Google’s guide here.

      2. Account Deletion Steps

      Delete your Google Account

      Important: If you have more than one Google Account, deleting one won’t delete the others.

      1. Go to the Data & Privacy section of your Google Account.
      2. Scroll to "Your data & privacy options."
      3. Select More options and then Delete your Google Account.
      4. Follow the instructions to delete your account.

      Delete your Gmail account

      You can remove your Gmail account from your Google Account. Deleting it won't delete your entire Google Account.

      Important: When you delete your Google Account, the data associated with your Gmail account will be deleted. You can no longer log in to that Gmail account.

      Delete your Gmail account without deleting your Google Account

      Important: To delete your Gmail account without deleting your Google Account, you need a different email address associated with your Google Account.

      1. Go to your Google Account.
      2. On the left, select Data & privacy.
      3. Scroll to "Data from apps and services you use."
      4. Select Delete a Google Service.
      5. Next to "Gmail," select Delete Delete.
      6. Enter an existing email address you want to sign in with.
      7. Select Send verification email.
      8. To verify your existing email address, you get an email at the existing email address. Until you verify the new email address, your Gmail address won't be deleted.
