Dispatch | Crew activity – Tracking Travel/ Training/ Standby/ Flying/ Duty Times

The crew activities are tracked in the Roster, Post Flight and in Reports:

• In the Roster the user can setup roster events that the system will track and report on. Those include Travels if selected as Duty, Training events such as simulator that is tracked in the Recency calculation, Standbys if marked as duty

• Flight and Duty Times are tracked in the Post Flight, sometimes combined with the Travel roster event when the Duty Period is opened, or closed before, or after a travel event

• The data is tracked in the Logging and FTL reports, where the system tracks the Duty/Flight times per flight, and event opening/closings, also cumulative according to the AOC country’s CAA requirements
