Aircraft Maintenance Status Calculation

In this short article we describe how the flight by flight maintenance status calculation works in Dispatch

A new setting was added recently called "Use New Aircraft Maintenance Counters Logic" When it is set to true, done by our Customer Support, on each flight in Dispatch and the Timeline in the maintenance section we calculate the remaining hours, cycles and days. 

The calculation is based on the actual schedule of the aircraft and we take into consideration the:

• Estimated flight times
• Estimated cycles (landings)
• The calendar days between flights

When according to our calculation the aircraft is running out of remaining flight times, cycles, or remaining days we warn you by setting the overall status of the aircraft to RED
