The Activity Log feature within the Admin Dashboard, allows administrators to monitor login activities, manage user changes, and identify potential security issues.
In the Admin Dashboard, the Activity Log panel is available for users with specific access rights. This panel provides detailed logs of various actions performed within the system, such as logins, password changes, and user management tasks.
Important: By default access to Admin Dashboard and Activity Log is given only to Administrators users in FL3XX.
Activity Log Overview:
The Activity Log panel provides detailed insights into the following categories of actions:

User Information:
- Name[1]: Shows the name of a user who performed the action if it is known.
- Access Right[8]: Indicates the user’s permission, such as Crew or Administrator.

Actions Logged[2]:
- This section records specific actions such as:
- Logging into the system.
- Entering an invalid password.
- Logging in from a new device.
- This section records specific actions such as:
- For Person [3] - The system shows in the section for which person's action was performed

Category of Action[4]:
- User Activity: Actions like logging in, password attempts, etc.
- User Security: Actions involving new device logins and password changes.

Date & Time[5]:
- Format:
DD-MMM-YY, HH:MM
(e.g., 20-Aug-24, 14:35). - Shows when the activity was logged.

IP Address[6]:
- Displays IP address associated with the activity.

Device and System Information[7]:
- Device ID: A unique identifier for the device used (if available)
- Browser + OS: Information about the browser and operating system.
Filtering and Exporting Activity Data
To help you manage and analyze activity data more effectively, the Activity Log panel includes filtering options:
- Name: Filter by the name of the user.
- Action: Filter by the type of action performed.
- For Person: Filter for which person action was performed
- Category of Action: Filter based on the category of the action.
- Date: Filter by specific dates or date ranges.
- IP Address: Filter by the IP address used for the activity.
- Device: Filter by the device used for the action.
- Access Right Group: Filter by the user’s access right group.
Exporting Data:
You can export filtered data into a CSV file that includes all relevant columns and details. This feature is particularly useful for auditing purposes or when generating reports.
